Male Victim Suffers Gunshot Wound after Robbery Attempt in Absecon

On Tuesday, October 22, 2013 the Absecon Police Department was advised of a 19 year old male who checked himself into Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, City Division with a gunshot wound to his lower leg. 

Detectives responded and interviewed the victim who stated he went to the Oyster Bay apartment complex on California Avenue in Absecon around 4:00 pm to purchase drugs. Instead of buying drugs the victim was robbed by two black males, one of which brandished a revolver. According to the victim, a struggle for the gun ensued and several shots were fired. 

The victim was struck once in his left leg before he was able to flee the area. The accused males were described as high school aged teens possibly wearing Pleasantville High School uniforms. One of the males was described as having short braids or dread locks and the second male was described as being bald or having very closely shaved hair.

LOL soon he'll be preaching the evils of guns in our society. Some goofy politician will take up his cause and strip away even more rights from you and I and put a name on the new feel good law. I also wonder who is paying his hospital bill and if he has to pay any welfare money back to the government because he got caught buying dope with his kid's eating money?
