Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Gun and Drug Charges on Two Galloway Men

On November 1, 2018 at 1:20 A.M., K-9 Ofc. Lopez conducted a motor vehicle stop on Great Creek Road.  The vehicle was occupied by Russell E. Clark 4^th, and Isiah X. Tolbert, both of Galloway Township.  During the course of a probable cause search, Tolbert was found to be in possession of a handgun loaded with hollow point ammunition.  A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of suspected marijuana. 

Tolbert was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of hollow point bullets and possession of marijuana under 50 grams.  A warrant was authorized by JMC Freed and Tolbert was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.  

Galloway Police Investigate Shooting; Investigation Ongoing

The Galloway Township Police Department is investigating a shooting which occurred in the area of Greenwich Drive and Collins Road.  The incident occurred on October 31, 2018, at approximately 2:45 PM.

The 20-year-old victim sustained a gunshot wound while seated in his vehicle.  He was driven to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.

There have been no arrests at this time and the shooting is currently under investigation.  Anyone with any information related to this incident is asked to call Det. Dominic Fabrizio at 609-652-3705 x325.

Casey R. Williams, 26 of Edmond, OK was arrested by Det. Bryan Casey and charged with Burglary, Theft of Moveable Property, and Automobile Theft on October 26

Rex C. Lysinger, 35 of Galloway was arrested by Det. Kerry Baerman and charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children and Child Abuse on October 26

Michael A. Fiorello, 27 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa and charged with DWI on October 26

Ashley M. McCann, 20 of Mullica Twp, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Mateusz Ryba and charged with Possession of CDS and Hindering Apprehension on October 25

Brooke F. Spaziani, 18 of Bayonne, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Matthew Stewart and charged with Shoplifting, Possession of Alcoholic Beverage under Legal Age, and Minor on Alcoholic Beverage Premises on October 25

Ashley Ann Keeley, 24 of Bridgeport, PA was arrested by Ofc. Jacqueline Magazzu and charged with Fugitive from Justice on October 23

Ricardo Nunez-Rijo, 48 of Absecon, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Mateusz Ryba and charged with DWI on October 21

A 17 year old female of Galloway was arrested by K9 Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Theft of Moveable Property on October 24
