Galloway Man Charged with DWI and Assault by Auto after Crashing Car into Building

On April 6, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. Galloway Township Police responded to 300 E. White Horse Pike (The Amera Gas Station) for the report of a vehicle that had crashed into a building.  

Upon arrival at the accident scene, police located a 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck wedged into a structure on the rear of the property.  The initial investigation reveals that as the vehicle was being operated by Douglas Kane, 35 of Galloway, as it traveled through a stop sign on 6th Avenue, crossed over a curb, and hit several traffic signs before going airborne and crashing into the building.

Galloway Man Charged with DUI, Reckless Driving in Motor Vehicle Collision

On April 2, 2018 at 5:15 p.m., Galloway Township Police responded to a motor vehicle collision located on US Route 9 at the intersection of Biscayne Avenue.
According to Police, a Chevy Equinox, operated by Kyle Francis, 32 of Galloway, was traveling north on S. New York Road when it passed a series of vehicles in a no passing zone.  
The Equinox struck the driver’s side of the Nissan Sentra as it turned left off of S. New York Road and onto Biscayne Avenue. As a result of the crash, Michael Cramer, 40 of Galloway, was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center – Mainland Campus for non life-threatening injuries.
