On Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 12:11pm while on patrol in the Home Depot parking lot Absecon Police located a male and female smoking marijuana in a vehicle. Contact was made with the subjects and the male, thirty-two year old Erix D. Vincente of Galloway, was found to be in possession of prescription drugs.
Vincente was also found to be in possession of several wax baggies containing a powdery substance. Vincente was charged with possession of imitation controlled dangerous substances and distribution of imitation controlled dangerous substances.
The female, thirty-five year old Gina L. Cerullo of Staten Island NY, Cerullo was found to be in possession of several baggies containing marijuana. Both were taken into custody, served with summonses, and released.
