Galloway Man Arrested for Multiple Burglaries in Absecon

On Thursday August 27th 2015, the Absecon Police Department received a call for a discovered burglary and theft on New York Avenue. 

After an investigation, it was discovered that the accused subject was Scott M. Boucher, 30, of Galloway Township. Boucher was arrested that day by Detective Mitch Levin and charged with burglary and theft. 

He was later transported to the Atlantic County Justice Facility. 

On Sunday August 30th 2015, the Absecon Police Department received a call for a separate burglary and theft on Plaza Place. 

An extensive amount of property was reported missing, including family heirlooms. After an investigation it was discovered that Boucher was also the accused. He was charged with additional counts of burglary and theft by Detective Richard Huenke. 

Boucher is being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $100,000 full bail.
