Hearing for Oakcrest Principal Joseph Carruth will be July 5th; Open to the Public

Oakcrest Principal Joseph Carruth will have his hearing, also known as a Donaldson Hearing, in front of the Greater Egg Harbor Regional School Board on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 which will be open to the public.

Carruth submitted his request for a hearing on June 9, 2016. Superintendent John Keenan replied to Carruth's request on June 21, 2016 scheduling the hearing for July 5th. 

The hearing will take place in the Cedar Creek Library at 7:30 p.m. at the Cedar Creek High School located at 1701 New York Avenue in Egg Harbor City.

Carruth has chosen the hearing to be public. Carruth stated "I am not able to speak on the matter at this time but will have legal representation present at the Donaldson hearing."

Galloway Township Council provided notice of the hearing at the last Council meeting on June 28th and encouraged members of the public to attend.
