Victim in Atlantic City Shooting Identified; Investigation Continues

ATLANTIC CITY – An Atlantic City man died last night, the victim of a shooting, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain announced.
Last night, June 30, 2015, Atlantic City police officers were called to the 800 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue. Upon arrival, they found a man dead, the apparent victim of a shooting.
The victim has been identified as Marcus Hunt, 30, of Atlantic City.
Next-of-kin have been notified. An autopsy is pending

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit also responded to the scene, and, with the assistance of the Atlantic City Police Department, is conducting an active investigation of the death.
