Police Seek Suspects in Shooting at Absecon Village Complex

The Absecon Police is investigating a shooting that occurred at the Absecon Village Complex on Marin Dr. just off California Ave. 

At approximately 10:10 PM, Tuesday night February 17, 2015, the Absecon Police Department along with the Pleasantville Police Department received several 911 calls in regards to a shooting that occurred in the middle of Marin Drive. 

No one was located in the area but physical evidence was recovered in the street to indicate a shooting occurred. One vehicle was struck by a bullet. 

No victims had been reported at the time of the shooting. Witnesses stated a green color small vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival. The police department is following up on several leads at the time of this report. 

No suspect’s information was available at this time.

The shooting is being investigated by Ptl. Dan Markman and Detective Mitch Levin.
