Galloway Police Welcome Three New Officers to the Department

Galloway Township Police welcome three new Police Officers to the Department. Officer Dominic Fabriizio, Fenil Ghandi, and James Mulholland will bring the department total to forty-nine (49) Officers. 

Officer Fabrizio was hired on April 7, 2014, and Officer Ghandi and Officer Mulholland graduated the Academy on June 12, 2014. 

Officer Mulholland was a part-time Special Officer prior to attending the Academy. Officer Fabrizio grew up in Galloway Township and nows joins his hometown Police Department. 


Officer James Mulholland
Officer Mulholland and Officer Fabrizio are eligible for street patrol immediately and Officer Ghandi will join them after passing a field training period.

Wasn't the police department at 49 officers at the beginning of 2013? Who did they lose and why? It is very clear by the facts presented in this article stating that the three new hires brought the total the 49.

Yeah I think they are just replacements for officers who left for other employment. I know one guy left last winter I think.

Yes, they are replacements for officers who retired and others who left for other agencies.

Is it possible to find out what specific officers left? It is not good to hear that some left for other police agencies.

Good to see the department get the new hires they need! I hope they continue to hire and get the department up to the numbers it had just a few years ago. Congrats to the new hires!
