Galloway Township Planning Board meeting was for Thursday was cancelled and now replaced with a meeting with the Master Plan Committee in order to discuss potential development plans and rezoning for a property located at the Blue Heron Pines East Golf Course.
GallowayTwpNews.com previously reported on the plans for this development. Ole Hansen & Sons submitted a request to the Township Council inquiring on rezoning possibilities from a previous approval. The site was approved for 55 and over age restricted development. The developer is now requesting to allow single and multi-family homes within the same development along with the age restricted portion.
The Master Plan committee will meet Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the potential request for rezoning. According to Pamela Alleyne, Planning & Zoning Board Administrator, this meeting is open to the Public.
