Galloway Police Search for Suspect in Early Morning Stabbing; Three Other Suspects Arrested

On March 20, 2014 at 12:43 a.m., Galloway Township Police responded to a wooded area between Federal and Liberty Court in the Club III Development of the Township for a report of a stabbing. 

Upon arrival, patrol officers located the victim, Thomas Lugo with multiple stab wounds to his abdomen, back and shoulder. Lugo was transported via Galloway Ambulance personnel to the Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center City Division Trauma Unit for treatment. 

Detective Ro Latoracca quickly developed multiple suspects in this case; three of which were taken into custody and charged with first degree Armed Robbery and Conspiracy to commit Robbery. 

According to Police, the first suspect, Dominique M. Holloway, 18 of Galloway was lodged in the Atlantic County Jail Facility default on $100,000.00 bail. 

Additional juvenile suspects identified as R.R., 17, and V.J. 14, both from Pleasantville were lodged in the Harbor Fields Juvenile Detention Center awaiting their court appearance. 

The fourth suspect has been identified as Oliver Blackson, 21, of Pleasantville. Police have yet to locate him and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
