Driver Ditches Vehicle During Car Stop and Runs; Galloway Police Seek Suspect

On October 10, 2016, at approx 3:35 pm, Galloway Township Patrol Officers attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop of a gold 2001 Nissan Sentra, in the area of the White Horse Pike and Berlin Avenue.  

The vehicle pulled into the lot for Integrity Transportation and the lone occupant, a black male driver, bailed from the vehicle and ran into the woods.  

K-9 responded and tracked into the woods North of Rt. 30, between Berlin and Bremen Avenues  however the suspect was not apprehended.  The vehicle was impounded for further investigation.  


The suspect was described as a black male, with shoulder length dreadlocks, approximately 30 years old, 6 foot tall, with a medium build. He was wearing blue denim jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt.
