On December 15, 2015 at approximately 2:42am, the Galloway Township Police Department responded to a stabbing in the parking lot of 45 South New York Road outside of JD’s Pub and Grill.
A 23 year-old Galloway resident was stabbed once in the abdomen during the incident. He was transported to the Atlanticare Center City Division by the Galloway Township Ambulance squad with non-life threatening injuries.
Robert Wolff, a 26 year-old Absecon resident was arrested and was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
JMC Freed set bail at $35,000, 10%. Mr. Wolff posted bail and was eventually released.
This case is being investigated by Detective Sgt. Chris McGinty and Officer Steve Garrison.
