Guns, Drugs Seized from Egg Harbor Township Home; Charges Filed

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - A narcotics investigation resulted in the arrest of an Egg Harbor Township man and the seizure of heroin, Fentanyl and two (2) assault rifles, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain announced today.

On August 26, 2015 the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 114 Tiffany Lane in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey as the result of a month long heroin distribution investigation.

As a result of the arrest and subsequent search, authorities seized two assault rifles, 1242 bags of heroin, Fentanyl, drug paraphernalia and cutting agents. The estimated street value of the seized heroin is approximately $10,000. 

Roberto Curry, 28 who resides at 114 Terry Lane, Egg Harbor Township, NJ, was charged with Maintaining a Controlled Dangerous Production Facility - 1st degree, Distribution of Heroin - 2nd and 3rd degree, Possession - 3rd degree (heroin), Distribution within 1000 feet of a School - 2nd degree. Possession of two (2) assault rifles - 3rd degree; Possession of assault rifles by a person prohibited - 2nd degree, Possession of assault rifles while in the course of maintaining or operating a Controlled Dangerous Substance Facility - 2nd degree.

Curry was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $500,000 full cash bail set by Superior Court Judge Allen J. Littlefield.

The public is encouraged to assist in the efforts of combating, reducing and dismantling narcotics distribution networks within the County by sharing information with law enforcement. These charges are merely an accusation and not proof of guilt. In all criminal cases, a charged defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Atlantic County Recycles. They will swear to a drug court and judge will feel sorry for them and this cycle will continue. This is what Obama Swears will work.
