Galloway Police Blotter April 26 - May 2, 2015

Galloway Township Police responded to 851 calls for service during April 26, 2015 through May 2, 2015.

Additional statistics include: 1 Burglaries, 19 Motor Vehicle Accidents, 103 Tickets issued, 2 Driving While Intoxicated, 25 Arrests, 21 Domestic Violence, 4 Fire Calls, 21 EMS Calls and 0 Juvenile calls.

Burglary:  
800 block of E Fisher Creek Rd on 4/29

ARRESTS:
Tuan Tran, 28, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. James Mulholland and charged with fictitious reports on April 26.
Robert J. Jones, 59, and Darrell N. Moore, 29, both of Pleasantville were arrested by Ofc. Dan Weigle and charged with theft and criminal trespass on April 26.
Christian R. Rocco, 35, of Hamilton Township was arrested by Sgt. Chris McGinty and charged with two counts of shoplifting on April 27.
Brian P. Oshea, 20, of Absecon was arrested by Det. Jason Kiamos and charged with theft by deception on April 28.
Joseph R. Linnell, 48, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested by Ofc. Brent Lopez and charged with operating under the influence of liquor or drugs on April 28.
Eric F. Gordy, 34, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Alex Bennett and charged with simple assault on April 28.
Alezander Bejleri, 62, of Hammonton was arrested by Ofc. Dominic Fabrizo and charged with harassment on April 29.
Marisol I. Rivera, 29, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Nicholas Stewart and charged with hindering apprehension on April 29.
Jamar L. Roberts, Jr., 19, of Atlantic City was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with criminal mischief and theft on April 30.
Michael Z. Takach, Jr., 19, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Nicholas Stewart and charged with obstructing administration of law and disorderly conduct on April 30.
Walter J. McDevitt, III, 36, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa and charged with assault by auto and operating under the influence of liquor or drugs on May 1.
Nicole C. Marchio, 27, of Egg Harbor Township and Philip A. Mazzone, III, 31, of Hamilton Township were arrested by Ofc. Bill Kline on May 1.   Both were charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or distributing heroin/cocaine and distribution of prescription legend drugs.   Mazzone was also charged with resisting arrest and attempt to elude police in a motor vehicle.
Mathew John Monette, 23, of Margate was arrested by Ofc. Bill Schroer and charged with possession of CDS on May 2.

Per Galloway Township Police Department, persons listed here as arrestees are considered innocent until or unless otherwise adjudicated otherwise in court. Be advised, arrests and names of individuals not listed in a Police Blotter are those arrests related to deaths when a next-of-kin has not been notified, any arrests in relation to a domestic violence case, and names of juveniles.
