The South Jersey Sand Sharks tryout dates for the 2013/14 8u team have been finalized. The first is Monday June 24th and then again on Monday July 1st. To qualify, players must have been born between 5/1/2005 and 4/30/2006. If your child plans to attend, please respond via the contact information below to ensure we have an accurate head count for planning purposes.

- Cooperstown – upon reaching 12u, the team will participate in their Dream Week tournament.
The Sand Sharks are grandfathered there, so they will always have a spot.
- Competitive League Play - Tri-State Elite League allows us to face a high level of competition
on a regular basis.
- Focus on Instruction – While we do focus on fielding a competitive team, we want to ensure
that we develop fundamental baseball skills to make our players successful on the field. Coach
Sahl has been certified under the Babe Ruth League program.
- Character Development – We want to develop athletes who work hard, and be gracious in
