Galloway Man Fatally Injured in Car/Motorcycle Accident on White Horse Pike

On March 27, 2021 at 2:50 p.m., Galloway Township Police Department responded to the area of W. White Horse Pike and Upas Ave for a report of a motor vehicle collision with injuries involving a motorcycle.  


The investigation revealed that a 2019 Suzuki GSX, being operated by Michael P. Giannetta, Jr., 34 of Galloway, was traveling westbound on W. White Horse Pike, approaching the intersection with Upas Ave.  A 2000 USPS mail truck, being operated by Jocelyn L. Moore, 49 of Egg Harbor Township, was stopped at the stop sign on Upas Ave southbound, at the intersection with W. White Horse Pike.

ARRESTS:

Michael Alexander, 41 of Rochester, NY was arrested by Ofc. Michael Osorio and charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, and Possession of a Weapon on March 20

Benjamin Watkins, 50 of Willingboro, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Steven Garrison and charged with DWI and Resisting Arrest on March 20

Brian Berry, 30 of Galloway, NJ was arrested by Ofc. James Mulholland and charged with Bias Intimidation, Criminal Mischief, and Harassment on March 19

Nadiya Bishop, 30 of Atlantic City, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Kaitlyn Reyes and charged with DWI, Reckless Driving, Driving when Driver’s License Suspended, and Leaving Scene of Accident on March 17

Mardell Erickson, 55 of Atlantic City, NJ was arrested by Ofc. James Mulholland and charged with Defiant Trespassing on March 15

Angela Spatocco, 39 of Upper Darby, PA was arrested by Ofc. Elizabeth Kemp and charged with Possession of CDS on March 14
