ARRESTS:

Angelica M. Ouameur, 30 of Absecon, NJ was arrested by Ofc. David LaSassa and charged with Possession of CDS and Failed to give CDS to police on March 27.

David M. Garcia, 50 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. David LaSassa and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failed to give CDS to Police on March 27.

James W. Martin, 51 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Jeramy Hudson and charged with Falsely calling 911 on March 27.

Gregory A. Chapman, 29 of Tuckerton, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Paul Dooner and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Hypodermic Needle on March 26.

Ahmad S. Elbayer, 34 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Amando Porrini and charged with Assault on a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest on March 26.

Nadirrah M. Matthews, 34 of Wilkes Barre, NJ was arrested by Ofc. John Mooney and charged with Hindering Apprehension on March 26.

Julia E. McGowan, 31 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Michael LoBosco and charged with Hindering Apprehension on March 22.
