Edward Ranger, 63 of Galloway, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Paul Dooner and charged with Improper Behavior on December 18

Jabrail Kelly, 22 of Somers Point, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Paul Dooner and charged with Hindering on December 14

Anthony Growalt, 53 of Margate, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Alvin Cantona and charged with DWI and Reckless Driving on December 14

Apolonio Cruz, 57 of Toms River, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Keith Smith and charged with DWI on December 14

Jerry Coombs, 42 of Galloway, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Richard Andrews and charged with DWI, Possession of CDS, Use/Influence of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failed to give CDS to Police on December 13
