Fernando N. Carassale, 39 of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested by Ofc. Mateusz Ryba and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Paraphernalia on March 5.
Amanda R. Cole, 34 of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Gregory Gillespie and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Paraphernalia on March 7.
Juvenile:
A 17 year old female from Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with Possession of CDS on March 6.
