Someone with true Personnel Management Skills could save the Twownship their salary every year. They would particularly prevent $250,000 per lawsuit. That is if they can get the people on Town Council to keep their mouths shut on personnel matters. They would also need more than 3 years exoerience thats laughable. Go Galloway!! Hope Mr. Liston does not hire a friend or relative. Ex-Managers were great for this like Joe Parcardi.
