Rodney K. Daniels, 39 of Clayton, DE was arrested by Ofc. David LaSassa and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 4

Jenssy Santana, 26 of Reading, Pa was arrested by Ofc. Brent Lopez and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 4

Louis M. Panico Jr., 47 of Linwood, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Richard Andrews IV and charged with Possession of CDS, Manufacturing and Distributing CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 4
