David M. Allmond Jr., 18 of Mays Landing, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Keith Smith and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on February 7

Hisham A. Sarhan, 20 of Atlantic City, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Keith Smith and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on February 7
