Atlantic City Employee Pled Guilty to Theft; Loses Job, Pays Restitution

MAYS LANDING – An Atlantic City government employee arrested last year by the Prosecutor’s Office for the theft of money paid by members of the public to rent meeting rooms in the All Wars Memorial Building in Atlantic City pled guilty to the accusation yesterday, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
Concluding a several-month investigation, on Thursday, August 11, 2016, members of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Official Corruption Unit arrested William P. Hadley, 56, of Shires Way, Egg Harbor Township, NJ, charged with Official Misconduct—a crime of the 2nd degree, and 5 counts of Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property Received.

Two Injured After Car; Motorcycle Collide on White Horse Pike in Galloway

On March 30, 2017 at 12:14 p.m., Galloway Township Police Department responded to motor-vehicle collision at the intersection of US Route 30 (White Horse Pike) and Cologne Avenue.
According to Police a 2014 Ford Focus operated by Michael S. Daddario, 37 of Galloway, was traveling eastbound on Route 30 when he turned left onto Cologne Avenue into the path of a 2003 Harley Davidson that was traveling westbound on Route 30. The motorcycle was being operated by Aaron H. Budman, 28 of Gloucester City.  
Crystal V. Unis, 34 of Gloucester City was a passenger on the rear of the motorcycle.  Both Budman and Unis were thrown from the motorcycle.

Galloway K-9 Cop Sniffs Out Suspect Who Tried to Elude Police

On Monday March 27, 2017 at approximately 5:17 p.m., officers with Egg Harbor City Police Department witnessed a hand to hand drug transaction involving a suspect identified as Travis C. Wilson, 24 of Port Republic and an unknown.  Officers attempted to stop Wilson, who fled in his vehicle.  
Wilson was found to have an outstanding warrant out of the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department.  Wilson fled into Galloway Township where officers from Galloway Township Police Department engaged in the pursuit.  
Wilson eventually crashed his vehicle at the corner of Leipzig Ave and Cologne Ave where he then fled on foot.  K-9 Sergeant Winneberger of Galloway Township Police Department conducted a K-9 track from the accident scene.

Linwood Teacher Faces Assault Charges in Municipal Court; Prosecutors Office Take Case

MAYS LANDING – Following a thorough review of the evidence, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has determined to prosecute the Linwood middle school teacher charged last month with assault of a student in Linwood Municipal Court, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
On February 10, 2017, Linwood Police responded to the Belhaven Avenue Middle School in Linwood, NJ, to investigate the alleged assault of a 12-year-old student by a teacher.

Stephanie A. Branks, 29 of Hamilton Twp., NJ was arrested by Ofc. Dominic Fabrizio and charged with Possession of CDS & Manufacturing/Distributing CDS on March 16
